I purchased my first flat from Mr Mukund Andhare way back in 1992, and even after more than three decades, I can confidently say that the quality of construction and workmanship has stood the test of time. The home that was handed over to us was not just a structure, but a thoughtfully built, solid, and comforting space that continues to give us a sense of security and pride even today.
